Your Family is a Work of Art

Have you ever considered your family love story as art?

That your wall art tells intricate stories of growth and connection and struggle and love?

Because I do.

And I believe you deserve to shine.

So much of the “art” on my walls at home are the ones that ground me at the end of a long day.

They remind me of the phases our family has been through- the joyful and challenging.

They tell me about how resilient we are.

They tell me about the awesome world we have created even when we’re struggling.

The show me stories of when my babies were little and the ones now, as they are in the thick of childhood.

So when you show up for your family photography session, I want you to show up ready to play, have fun, joke around, relax, explore, hug, laugh, and trust in the process.

I know there’s a ton of pressure to get “the shot”- you know the one- where everyone is looking and smiling. Sessions with me start there- with set up poses and everyone looking at me (and hopefully smiling). And yes, we do that a few more times through the session.

But let me tell you, the more you are willing to let go of those preconceived notions of what your session “should” be and let it evolve into what it’s going to be, the better your experience is going to be.

This is your love story and your session is a reflection of that love.

Let me show you just how beautiful your family is.
